Taking fish off the hook using Training hooks.

The Training hooks are barbless to make it easier to take the fish off, and the hook is extra long to give you more to hold on to. If the fish is caught close to the top of the lip, just grab the hook as close to the mouth as possible, and flip the hook upside down so the fish slides off. Flip the hook over while the fish is in water makes it easier. Many fish have a large fin on their back. (Dorsal fin). If the hook is deeper in the mouth, first wet your hands, then run you hand top down over the fin to grab the fish so you don't get poked by the sharp fin. Tip: wrap the fish in a wet towel to get a good grip on the fish. Gently push the hook down so you can see the point of the hook then, take the hook out of the fish's mouth. Sometimes you will need an adult to gently push the hook down through the gills or just cut the line to let the fish go. Fish can digest hooks over time or throw the hook so never just rip the hook out. Search the internet on more tricks to removing hooks.
